When will my order be delivered?

We pride ourselves on delivering your photos quickly and aim to have your order delivered to the school within 20 working days of photo day. If a retake day is requested by the school, the month delivery timeframe will commence from this date.

With some schools, this will be dependent on proofing turnaround times also. Please note that photos will only be delivered back to the school and cannot be despatched to individuals unless a statutory declaration has been completed (see:late order form).
