What should I do if my child was absent on photo day?

We may be booked by the school to return to photograph at another time, in which case, your child's absence will be noted and their portrait will be taken at this time. Our studio in Geelong offers retake days over school holiday periods, please contact bookings@arphotos.com.au if you would like to avail yourself of this service. Please note that due to production deadlines, group photographs cannot be re-taken.
Alternatively, if we are unable to photograph your child, we will issue you with a refund . For online orders, please contact our accounts department on freecall: 1800 032 028 ext:620 with your credit card numbers.
